I forgot my password, what will I do?

MyDCampus Parent Portal

Step 1:  Using your registered email address, log in to https://mydcampus.dlsl.edu.ph/parents

    



Step 2: Click on 'Forgot Password?' link.

            



Step 3: Enter your registered email address and click the 'Next' button. On the dialog box, click 'Ok' button.

    



Step 4: Open your email account. On the sent email, click 'CLICK HERE' link to proceed with the next steps.

                               



Step 5: Enter your new password, click 'Next' button and then click 'Ok' button on the displayed dialog box.





Step 6: An email of successful password change will be sent to your email and then click 'CLICK HERE' to redirect you to the log in page of parent portal.


Step 7: Enter your registered email address and new password.



** Note: Please be advised that once you have updated you password in MyDCampus portal, the same email address and password will be used if you have an account in Canvas for Parent as an observer.
